Joshua was tasked to go and conquer the land that the Lord preserved for the children of Israel. This was the “promise land” God promised to give them. They searched for a lifetime for this land. Even with the promise of God, many of us today would have given up searching for this land if we had to look for this many years. God commanded Joshua to be strong and courageous and reminded him He would be with him every step of the way. When you move you do so with your feet by the prompting of your heart. It is only our hope and prayer that our children’s feet will be courageous and strong and go where the Lord has commanded. We hope that even now in their infancy their feet are being prepared to go and do great things and that they will never give up. This picture represents more than just the beauty of our sons feet. The picture shows that behind a name is thought, prayer, meaning and hope for our children’s future.
